I have a BA degree in Environmental Studies and Biology. While attending school, I also worked as a Latin tutor and was recommended to do so by my teachers. I held this position for 3 years. While I was in high school, I won an award for being an excellent senior. As you can see, education and learning is important to me.I have spent a lot of time studying Latin grammar and syntax. This has helped me to improve upon my own communication skills, including speaking and writing. I love to help students who are challenged by this type of material, because I'm very interested in the Latin language. As a tutor, I have over 50 hours of experience. I have worked with students in different age groups as well as abilities. I love to help students improve upon their Latin because it can also help them improve their English abilities and can allow them to become better problem solvers. It can even make them better test takers. When I'm not tutoring, I enjoy working on crossword puzzles, watching sports, and cooking. I love to experiment with new recipes and enjoy using fresh ingredients.I'm ready to help you achieve your goals!
